We are currently looking for the following roles:

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations is an operations/culture ambassador for the agency. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years experience, be highly organized and detail oriented, excellent communicators and proactive thinkers. Project management skills and the ability to multi-task are a must. The Director of Operations is a key leader, reporting to the Co-Founders of the agency, and will work closely on executive-focused responsibilities.

Senior Account Executive

The primary role of a C&R Senior Account Executive is to effectively manage 6-7 accounts alongside team members. SAEs are responsible for the majority of the media pitching on their accounts and securing A-list media results for clients. The SAE is responsible for being the “expert” when it comes to all things media. It will be up to the SAE to nurture existing media relationships and be proactive in uncovering new opportunities/relationships for clients on a consistent basis. SAEs must demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.  In addition, they are to work with senior staff to offer creative campaign suggestions and ideas on a regular basis. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is organized, trend-aware, results-oriented and possesses an ability to think creatively. Hospitality and/or real estate experience is a plus.

Account Executive

The primary role of a C&R Account Executive is to consistently secure A-list media results for our clients. You will be responsible for nurturing existing media relationships and proactively uncovering new relationships. You will support a variety of accounts at the agency across core practice areas (real estate, travel and golf). Specific responsibilities include: maintaining media lists, drafting reports and meeting agendas, researching opportunities, managing clip books, writing press releases and pitches, and interacting with clients professionally and strategically. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is organized, trend-aware, results-oriented and possesses an ability to think creatively. Hospitality and/or real estate experience is a plus.

Account Supervisor

Account Supervisors are key agency managers, who play a high profile and important role. They are responsible for effectively balancing 7-8 accounts and securing A-list media results, while coaching junior team members and reporting to upper management. An Account Supervisor at C&R drives the team: develops strategy and creative campaign elements, is the day-to-day client contact, mentors the core team and participates in new business development. Account Supervisors must demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills, and maintain close relationships with A-list media. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is organized, trend-aware, results-oriented and possesses an ability to think creatively.
