Costa Palmas
From Pre-Sales to Grand Opening, Putting a New Destination on the Global Map

C&R was tapped to put the destination of the East Cape, Los Cabos on the map with this new master-planned community, home to the only Four Seasons with a private marina and Aman’s first Mexico property, Amanvari. 

We kicked off the campaign with a VIP breakfast at Four Seasons Beverly Hills with the top 20 top LA media in attendance, including Robb Report, C Magazine, Modern Luxury, Condé Nast Traveler, Luxury Magazine, and Los Angeles Confidential – all of which covered the opening of the project. In our second year, we secured the East Cape in the coveted annual list of “52 Places to Go” from The New York Times. 

Most recently, we met with top New York media to share the development’s next chapter: the Marina Village, home to Mozza Baja and Casa Blake residences. We announced Mozza Baja, Nancy Silverton’s first Mexico-based project, with an exclusive in The Hollywood Reporter, coverage from The New York Times “The Cut,” and more. 

Having worked with Costa Palmas since 2015, we have executed countless awareness tactics, from press trips and one-off media and influencer/celebrity visits to media tours, partnership campaigns and more. 

To date, the project has sold over $1.5 billion in real estate. Four Seasons Los Cabos posts record-breaking occupancy numbers, and Amanvari is set to open in 2024. We also expanded our support of the development with a custom magazine published by C&R Content.

The Residences at Shell Bay
Star-Power Partnership Helmed by Fredrick Eklund and Auberge Residences

C&R was hired in November 2022 to lead a strategic and highly targeted launch campaign for this extraordinary development in South Florida. From the beginning, C&R secured exclusives to announce the development in top tier national outlets such as Robb Report, GOLF Magazine, and Ocean Drive. The team eloquently delivered a dual-message: displayed the vision of the Shell Bay Club as the country’s most exclusive golf club, and demonstrated The Residences as a world class, elite living enclave in the highly sought after South Florida market.   

Throughout 2023, C&R continued to promote the project’s momentum and strong buyer interest. Tactics include tapping into the development’s key players for thought leadership opportunities, including Alex Witkoff, Ari Pearl and Fredrick Eklund; highlighting the world-class amenities available to future homeowners such as the Greg Norman designed golf course, five-star hotel, private marina, state-of-the-art clubhouse, and outdoor living amenities; and celebrating the hotel’s partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection. 

C&R has also supported with in-person events such as a sales launch in March 2023. The team hosted five premier South Florida-based journalists and more than 300 influential real estate brokers and sales professionals to attend the launch for this buzzy development.

Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas
Unprecedented Sales for the Brand, Following Debut in High-Demand Market

C&R was brought on board to support the launch of residential sales of Henderson’s first high-rise set in the esteemed MacDonald Highlands community. 

After we announced the debut in May 2023, the sales team received 250+ inbound leads as a result of our Robb Report exclusive and resulting coverage in Architectural Digest, Forbes, San Francisco Chronicle, Elite Traveler, Las Vegas Review Journal and more. 

Within the first 90 days, the development hit $250 million in sales, averaging $19.5 million per week, and sold a $25 million penthouse sight unseen – unprecedented for the Four Seasons brand. 

To coincide with the wider announcement, we facilitated a celebratory event to debut the city’s latest addition and secured an ABC13 broadcast segment with the president of Four Seasons Private Residences, Paul White, as well as top local media contributing to outlets such as The Hollywood Reporter, Travel + Leisure, Modern Luxury, and Insider.

Tributary
Destination Feature in The Wall Street Journal

C&R was brought on by Tributary in 2019 to tell the story of the Teton Valley destination and the real estate offerings, amenities, and lifestyle at Tributary. Over the past five years, we have reached top outlets including Forbes, Mansion Global, The Week, and more. The Wall Street Journal feature remained a key campaign goal.

In fall 2022 during the lead up to ski season, we connected with Nancy Keates, real estate reporter at The Wall Street Journal, highlighting Teton Valley as a “smarter buy” choice than other well-known ski destinations, tied to an upcoming expansion at nearby Grand Targhee Ski Resort. In summer 2023, we arranged for Keates to visit and speak with the developers and homeowners firsthand.

In fall 2023, Nancy published a feature article on Driggs as the next big ski destination in The Wall Street Journal, which appeared on the front cover of the Friday Real Estate section in print and online. It also ran as the lead article in the weekly real estate newsletter and sent via push notification to subscribers’ smartphones, before being picked up by Mansion Global and Business Insider.

Within the first week of the article being published, Tributary received 179 new sales leads, compared to 24 the week prior. The day after it ran, website traffic showed that people were searching for Tributary at a high rate – website sessions increased from a daily average of 400 to over 1,000, with a significant increase in both new and returning visitors. Engagement time increased by over 40 seconds and the bounce rate decreased by 30 percent.

Four Seasons Resort & Residences Caye Chapel
Launching Sales for the Brand’s First Private Island Retreat

C&R was brought on board to support the residential sales launch for the brand’s first private island development. Charged with garnering immediate awareness to create a series of third-party endorsements to be used in sales and marketing efforts, we put a spotlight on the destination of Belize. To drive qualified leads for the residences, we leveraged four existing “glamping” tents on-island to host select top-tier media, providing the opportunity to experience the island before the residences were built. 

In the first several months of our partnership, we generated impactful coverage in outlets including Robb Report, The Wall Street Journal, and Financial Times. We also coordinated key media visits to the island for journalists, including Richard Bradley (Worth Magazine), Paul Rubio (Modern Luxury, Ocean Home, etc.), Jackie Caradonio (Robb Report), and more.

Following the initial launch, we continued to drive awareness for the island in outlets such as Ocean Home Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, Forbes, Islands, Elite Traveler and more, including a Robb Report story that generated more than 70 leads within 12 hours of publishing.
