Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas

C&R was tapped to work with Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas to drive awareness for Four Seasons announcement and new residences in their #1 market, Los Angeles.

C&R ideated a VIP media breakfast at Four Seasons Beverly Hills. We executed all aspects of the event – from planning a specific menu at Culina, arranging entertainment and selecting the venue. C&R arranged for Four Seasons executives to attend along with the developer to present the vision to the media. The presentation was supported by a series of visual tools to convey the overall vision of the project – along with a media gift that was specific to the property.

C&R confirmed 20 top Los Angeles media including: Robb Report, C Magazine, Modern Luxury, Conde Nast Traveler, etc. This resulted in earned media coverage  in C Magazine, Robb Report, Luxury Magazine (MasterCard Black), Los Angeles Confidential, etc. More than 75% of the outlets in attendance covered the project.

Clear Creek Tahoe

C&R was brought on board by Clear Creek Tahoe in February 2020 with the goal of building awareness for the private residential community in South Lake Tahoe. Our primary objective was to assist in generating buzz and driving sales leads while showcasing Clear Creek Tahoe’s stunning setting in an iconic, year-round destination, among the design-forward residential offerings and the family-focused amenity suite.

Despite starting the campaign a month before the onset of the pandemic, Clear Creek Tahoe was ideally positioned as a desirable escape and saw stellar sales success during this time. We were able to strategically tie the community into relevant trend stories, from selling homes via FaceTime to the exodus of Bay Area homeowners to less crowded locales with the draw of nature focused communities. 

In turn, C&R secured impactful coverage that helped to drive qualified sales leads, with the community having a record-breaking year of sales in 2020, totaling more than $116,000,000 in sales volume. 

Since beginning the campaign, C&R has secured multiple print inclusions in The Wall Street Journal Mansion, in addition to A-list placements in top national outlets and target regional outlets spanning Mansion Global, Forbes, Robb Report, Hemispheres, San Francisco Chronicle, San Jose Mercury News, Second Shelters and others.

Kukui’ula

C&R was tasked by Kukui’ula, a long-term resort and real estate client on Kauai’s South Shore, to assist with increasing media interest and sales leads for two unique residence listings. At $6.95 million, Kahalawai #38 and #40 are the highest priced custom homes available at the community offering potential buyers the opportunity of a move-in-ready island home.

By leveraging the outstanding photography, home details and club amenities, C&R garnered a steady stream of target print and online media coverage in leading publications including The Week, Elite Traveler, DIGS, Ocean Home, Curbed.com, MansionGlobal.com, RobbReport.com, CoastalLiving.com, Dwell.com, Forbes.com and more.

Following several months of continued media exposure spotlighting both custom homes, qualified sales leads were garnered and Kahalawai #38 and Kahalawai #40 have been sold.

Pendry Residences Park City

C&R was hired to generate high-visibility media placements that speak to the Pendry Residences Park City vision, experience, residential offerings and amenities to build prospective buyer awareness. Through various tactics such as individual editor experiences, targeted media mailers, and strategic media relations outreach with story angles highlighting elements such as modern mountain design, the revitalization of the Canyons Village destination, Pendry brand growth and service, and so much more, C&R has built a steady stream of third-party endorsements.

Now nearly a three-year partner, C&R has strategically announced and assisted both the developer, Columbus Pacific, and the brand, Pendry, through the project’s various milestones and events. From the development announcement exclusive and event, to the launch of residential reservations and later sales, groundbreaking, reservation updates, construction updates and sales success, C&R has secured notable coverage throughout the development’s lifecycle. To date, Pendry Residences Park City has reached over $160 million in sales, selling nearly three quarters of the residences, in the first year of sales and surpassing the half-sold mark during 2020’s challenging times. The project also managed to get a record-breaking sale for Canyons Village.

Real Estate: Quivira Los Cabos

C&R was brought on board by Quivira in August of 2019 with the goal of building awareness for the master-planned resort and real estate development in Los Cabos. Our primary objective was to assist in generating buzz and driving sales leads for the community’s newest full-ownership offering, Old Lighthouse Club.

In addition to a targeted media campaign focusing on luxury and key market media, C&R also brokered a strategic partnership between the Quivira sales team, IMI Living, and top residential real estate firm, COMPASS.

In November, we hosted intimate receptions in Los Angeles and San Diego, the two primary markets for Quivira. COMPASS invited their top 30 brokers in both locations to learn more about the Old Lighthouse Club offering, encouraging their agents to push the news out to their clients to drive sales leads. Additionally, C&R assisted COMPASS in creating an Old Lighthouse Club-specific portal, providing agents with a seamless way to share information and assets with their clients.

By tapping into COMPASS’ top agent’s client base, this partnership succeeded in exposing Quivira Los Cabos and Old Lighthouse Club to potential buyers in target markets they would not have otherwise had access to.

Hualālai Resort

C&R was brought on board by Hualālai Resort in 2016 to tell the larger Kona-Kohala Coast destination story, focusing on the incredible real estate offerings while also showcasing the overall lifestyle and array of five-star amenities within the community, including its world-class golf program.

Over the past four years, C&R has worked to tell Hualālai’s story through promoting individual real estate listings, key on-property personalities and the unique lifestyle, showcasing the authentic Hawaiian experience, sacred history of the land, assortment of amenities, architecture and sense of place.

Coverage highlights include a front-page piece in The Wall Street Journal Mansion section focused on “homes that make waves” in addition to features in A-list outlets including Bloomberg Pursuits, Financial Times, Elite Traveler, Robb Report, Architectural Digest, Forbes, Mansion Global, Modern Luxury, San Francisco Chronicle and more. Real Estate: Four Seasons Caye Chapel

C&R was brought on board in April 2018 to assist with the launch of residential sales for Four Seasons Caye Chapel. Prior to our engagement, there was minimal media attention surrounding the private island development. We were charged with garnering immediate awareness for the project, in order to create a series of third-party endorsements that could be used in marketing efforts.

To garner media interest in the destination of Belize, and ultimately drive queries for the residences, C&R began a targeted campaign focusing on luxury and key-market media. Additionally, our team leveraged four existing “glamping” tents on-island, which allowed us to host select top-tier media, providing them with the opportunity to experience the island before the residences are built.

In the first several months of our partnership, C&R secured targeted A-list coverage for the project in outlets including Robb Report, The Wall Street Journal MANSION and Financial Times. We also confirmed and coordinated key media visits to the island for journalists including Richard Bradley (Worth Magazine), Paul Rubio (Modern Luxury, Ocean Home, etc.) and Jackie Caradonio (Robb Report).
