Project launch and ongoing awareness campaign
C&R was hired in January 2022 to lead a strategic and highly targeted project launch for Panther National timed to the development’s groundbreaking in February 2022. The goal was to generate high-visibility, exclusive media placements to announce the development in top tier national outlets, speaking to the vision for Panther National as both a premiere, private golf club and innovative, luxury estate community. C&R secured impactful, exclusive press coverage with both GOLF Magazine and CNBC to drive initial buzz and excitement, resulting in 240 qualified reservations for custom estate homes and home sites prior to the release of the first sales phase.
Beyond the groundbreaking, C&R has worked closely with the Panther National team with the goal to showcase the project’s continued momentum and drive third party credibility for the development, generating continued buyer interest and instilling confidence in current owners and reservation holders. Tactics have included announcing timely milestones, such as sales success and new team hires; tapping into the development’s key players, including Justin Thomas, Jack Nicklaus, Mike Collins, and Dominik Senn for expert resource opportunities; and developing story angles highlighting elements such as the first-time collaboration between Thomas and Nicklaus, Max Strang’s award-winning sustainably driven architecture, and more. Over the course of 12 months, Panther National has sold more than $180 million in estate homes and custom home sites.
Throughout the partnership, C&R has secured targeted A-list coverage for Panther National in national outlets such as Barron’s Penta, Robb Report, Golf Digest, Golfweek, LINKS Magazine, and Golf Pass, in addition to high impact local and regional coverage with outlets including Palm Beach Post, Modern Luxury Palm Beach, South Florida Business Journal, and South Florida Business and Wealth.
