Costa Palmas enlisted C&R Content to create a one-of-a-kind storytelling vehicle that would capture the unique appeal of Baja’s East Cape and its premier destination. The resulting magazine, which launched in 2022, explores the region’s culture, beauty, adventures, and sense of community with editorial-first features that differentiate Costa Palmas from any other development in Baja—and beyond. The contemporary-lifestyle publication is distributed to Costa Palmas’ owners and members, as well as to guests of the community’s Four Seasons resort.

Montage International

Distinct is the new magazine of Montage Hotels & Resorts and Pendry Hotels & Resorts. Launched by C&R Content in 2022, the premiere issue features a fun, informative, and inspiring mix of destination spotlights, lifestyle stories, profiles, home tours, and more. The top-quality editorial content and imagery come together in an elegantly produced magazine—currently available in all Montage and Pendry properties—that engages guests while showcasing the brands’ expanding portfolio of hotels, resorts, and private residences.

Hualālai

Published by C&R Content since 2018, Hualālai is the official magazine of the renowned beach and golf resort on the Island of Hawaii. Recent issues of the magazine—distributed twice per year to the resort’s homeowners, members, and guests of its famed Four Seasons hotel—include a special edition celebrating the destination’s 25th anniversary. With its compelling mix of editorial and advertorial content, the publication captures Hualālai’s laidback-luxury lifestyle, its strong community spirit, and its connection to the local culture and environment while providing a high-production-value platform for promoting its real estate.

DMB Development

The Scottsdale-based developer commissioned C&R Content for a multifaceted branding and content campaign promoting Delta Coves, a new 500-home resort community in Northern California. As part of the project, C&R developed editorial-style stories for a lead-generation email series that achieved open and click-through rates nearly 2x and 5x industry averages, respectively. The project also included creating the community’s voice and tone standards, as well as promotional copy for both print and web.

Pendry Hotels

In advance of announcing a major new hotel under its Pendry brand, Montage International hired C&R Content to lead a focus group to assess the design, functionality, and competitive positioning of a fully formed model room. The group included travel professionals, luxury consumers, designers, and other experts, whose thoughts, reactions, and insights were captured on video and in a detailed analysis complete with recommendations for the room’s final design.
