Montage International

Launched by C&R in December 2019, Distinct Living is a new lifestyle and design magazine showcasing Montage International’s expanding portfolio of private residences. The elegantly produced premiere issue features a fun, informative, and inspiring mix of stories designed to engage residents and guests—and highlight what home means to the Montage and Pendry brands. The magazine is available in all Montage and Pendry hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Mexico.

Hualālai

The renowned Hawaiian resort enlisted C&R Content to launch Hualālai magazine for the community’s homeowners, members, prospects, and guests of its famed Four Seasons hotel. Led by C&R’s expert editors and designers—and debuted in December 2018—the biannual publication offers a compelling mix of editorial and advertorial content that captures the resort’s laidback-luxury lifestyle, its strong community spirit, and its connection to the local culture and environment. The magazine helps solidify Hualālai as the luxury destination of choice on the Island of Hawaii—and provides a high-production-value platform for promoting the resort’s real estate.

DMB Development

The Scottsdale-based developer commissioned C&R Content for a multifaceted branding and content campaign promoting Delta Coves, a new 500-home resort community in Northern California. As part of the project, C&R developed editorial-style stories for a lead-generation email series that achieved open and click-through rates nearly 2x and 5x industry averages, respectively. The project also included creating the community’s voice and tone standards, as well as promotional copy for both print and web.

Pendry Hotels

In advance of announcing a major new hotel under its Pendry brand, Montage International hired C&R Content to lead a focus group to assess the design, functionality, and competitive positioning of a fully formed model room. The group included travel professionals, luxury consumers, designers, and other experts, whose thoughts, reactions, and insights were captured on video and in a detailed analysis complete with recommendations for the room’s final design.

Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts

As part of a brand-wide initiative, Banyan Tree enlisted C&R Content to develop a series of editorial-style stories highlighting the design of its individual hotels. Produced by leading travel writers and editors, the features offered a versatile narrative tool for the hotels to use in digital, print, and on-property promotional materials to help engage current and prospective guests.
